- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆This bank just doesn't rank high in the customer service area. There is never enough people working, so generally you have to wait for service. They have even mixed up deposits in the drive-thru...giving my deposit to another account & vica versa. I was the one to catch the mistake. They gave my account number to another customer. I had to change my accounts in order to correct the mistake. The person responsible never even apologized. I went in, needing to see a banker for a certain situation. I had to go back 3 times in order to accomplish what I needed. The bankers were always too busy, requiring a long wait or were at lunch (at 4:00). I wouldn't bank here if you value your time.By A Google User, July 21, 2017
